CRKN’s APC Discounts with Publishers 

CRKN - which licenses many of or collections - has a growing list Transformative Agreements with publishers.

• Some publishers will not charge Article Processing Fees (APCs) - with a few exclusion in the case of Sage Titles .  As part of these agreements we also gain access to their publications 

• Other publishers offer a discount on Article Processing Fees for authors - in addition to access to their publications.  
  These agreements typically ask an author to request Open Access and ask for your institutional affiliation.  
   

Among the list of Discounted article Processing Charges (APCs) are:

• Royal Society of Chemistry worth  a 15% discount for all RSC hybrid journals. 

• Taylor and Francis with a 25% discount in T&F Open Select Hybrid Journals.    To learn more about their Open Select Publications click here.
