Off Campus Access Information

If you are a student or faculty member at Brandon University, you can access databases from off campus.

If you are coming from off campus and following  links from the library's web site, most links on the library's web site will first take you to the Proxy Authentication Page. On this page, you will be asked to log in with your Brandon University username and password, the same username and password you use to log in when using a computer on campus. Once you have logged in, you will be taken to the destination of the link. You should only have to log in once per session.

To log in, you will need your Brandon University username and password - the same username and password you use to log into the Brandon University network when you're on campus. The most common cause of problems with the Proxy Authentication Page is an expired password. If your password has expired as it does every month, please click here. If you have not received your username and password then please click here. If you are still having trouble logging in with those, you should contact the Brandon University Computer Help Desk (Phone 571-8500 Monday - Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM).

This method of off-campus access does not work with the Opera browser. JavaScript and Cookies should be enabled.

Please note that this is different from our Off Campus Library Service. If you are a distance education student looking for the Off Campus Library Service, or help with your research please follow the link to the appropriate web pages.
