Data Services at Brandon University 

Data Services was developed to help faculty and graduate students navigate the world of managing Research Data.  The service area:

• Provides guidance with Data Management Planning.
• Guides researchers to resources useful for locating policies related to Open Data and Open Access.
• Helps with the location of Repositories suitable for a researcher’s data sets.
• Guides researchers towards resources useful for Locating and Citing Data.
• Provides researchers with Licensing Data assistance.

This service is provided via Scholarly Communications Library Services at Brandon University.  

Information pertaining to Research Policies at Brandon University can be located via the Research Office.

Information pertaining to the storage and backup of research data - and all associated costs - can be obtained by the university’s Information Technology Department.
